Are actively working on yet another record breaking number of job orders. This number continues to climb each and every month. But it’s not just about the number. We turn opportunities down as we are very committed and focused on filling quality job orders.

It is an honor to have been invited and to have attended Employ Milwaukee’s IT Focus Group Meeting / roundtable discussion and breakfast among many IT leaders throughout the Milwaukee area. We collaborated and discussed many important strategies pertaining to what young adults need to prepare for a career in IT.
Attended IT United Member Connect and heard excellent stories and advice from special guest speakers Eric Haberichter, Co-founder & CEO, Access HealthNet; Manoj Nair, Co-founder & CSO, Buzzi; Craig Sweeny, Co-founder & CEO, Shift Savings.
We remain actively engaged in many causes as shown on our causes, and this month we added “Eternal Wish Foundation”, which is similar to “Make a Wish Foundation” but for adults. Excellent networking at a Startup Milwaukee event, sponsored by Northwestern Mutual, at Good City Brewing. Emilia Sherifova from Northwestern Mutual, VP of Enterprises Architecture & Engineering, did a wonderful job providing excellent insight for Software Engineers, Software Developers, and Technology Company Executives.
Was invited to and attended a resume critique and interview preparation workshop with Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
Continues to remain actively engaged with local High Schools, especially Thomas More High-School.
Continue to expand our footprint in the non-IT space, particularly Marketing, Customer Service, and Management.
We continue to assist Veterans with resumes at no charge (a $500 – $1,000 value).
We continue preparing many students from MATC, UWM, and MSOE for a career in IT.
Made significant internal strides toward a SEO and content marketing plan. More to come on this.
We may be looking to add full-time Senior Recruiters to focus on job orders outside of IT by the end of the year. Stay tuned.
