Recruiter James Hellmich says about job hunting: “A tip I’d give would be to tailor your resume/objective to reflect the type of role you’re looking for and to then connect with as many professionals in the field or industry as possible, whether that be recruiters, others in your desired role, or follow the companies you are interested in. Additionally, think about some sort of X-Factor you can incorporate that will set you aside from the crowd. This can be a tailored, well-written cover letter, an amazing resume, or anything else that makes you stand out.”
