Advanced Hires, a sponsor of Technology United, attended the United Way Emerging Leaders Leadership Panel at the Harley Davidson Museum. Kevin Scholz, Tina Rock, and Saratoga Schaefer represented Advanced Hires at the panel as past winners of the Emerging Leaders Philanthropic Five (P5) Awards spoke and answered questions. The P5 awards have recognized outstanding community members who have made extraordinary commitments of leadership, volunteerism, mentoring, and philanthropy. It was great to hear panelists talk about the need for unity in Milwaukee, and hear about the ways they contribute to the fabric of the city.
The P5 Awards have been around for more than ten years, and this inspiring panel, the first of its kind, showcases four past P5 winners, including one past Philanthropic Youth (PY0), who shared their insights on topics such as how they have advanced in life since receiving the award, and what their plans for the future are. Panelists touched upon topics such as hunger and poverty in the city, transportation issues, urban education, and creating a bright and accessible future for children.
Advanced Hires is highly engaged throughout Milwaukee and remains committed to organizations that serve and support the community.
