Advanced Hires is proud of its many initiatives relative to providing opportunity and equality to under-served populations, minorities, gender equality, the elderly, disabled populations, and many others.

Advanced Hires is actively engaged with the Milwaukee chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. We also donated and became involved in many other causes including helping people in disadvantaged neighborhoods find work in collaboration with Employ Milwaukee. We have spoken and assisted many inner-city school neighborhoods with career planning. We helped fund inner-city schools’ technology to address homeschooling during COVID. We have volunteered and assisted i.c. stars, an IT career educational initiative aimed at disadvantaged populations. Advanced Hires is also a significant donor to United Way and Technology United, which represents a broad array of initiatives.

In addition, Advanced Hires co-founder, Tina Rock, is actively engaged as a Board Member with National Center for Woman in Technology. Additionally, Advanced Hires has worked with candidates of all sexualities, genders, religions, and races. Our commitment does not just stop with the under-served communities, race equality, and gender equality, but also includes the elderly and disabled. Advanced Hires has a reputation for going above-and-beyond for elderly candidates who are oftentimes discriminated against due to age. One candidate even stated, “If you’re somewhere in the 60-year range and only have a couple years left, there are darker forces prevailing against you from an age-discrimination stand-point, even though no one wants to say that. Advanced Hires does not age-discriminate.”

Advanced Hires is extensively involved as a donor, volunteer, and activist in the autism community, and has also participated in and donated to many other disability organizations (such as Down Syndrome). Kevin Scholz, CEO and Founder of Advanced Hires, is a governor-appointed member of the Wisconsin Autism Council and also services as a board member of the Autism Society of S/E Wisconsin.

Advanced Hires has always been looking for ways to take it even a step further, and we look forward to partnering with new organizations and showing our support in other ways in the future. We are always looking for new ways to give back.
