Due to significant strides Advanced Hires continues to make in the IT Recruiting & Placement industry, Advanced Hires has proven itself successful in the Recruiting & Placement Industry outside of IT for non-IT roles. As we continue to expand in this area, we are looking to add additional staff and develop additional partnerships to increase our recruiting bandwidth.
Due to certain competitors targeting our success, we have decided not to be as public as we previously have been about the functions we attend, our plans, and other initiatives we are involved in. We are more-less flying under the radar.
Throughout the month of November, 2017, Advanced Hires is finalizing a solid plan for 2018 that includes attending significantly more networking functions, proactively expanding beyond IT and non-IT, and new methods to collaborate with competitors versus compete. We believe we are all in this together and feel it’s best to work together collaboratively to deliver the talent the industry needs. We have practiced this model throughout 2017. In 2018 we are amplifying this concept in ways unique to the traditional staffing industry in a way that continues to maintain full confidentiality with our clients.
Advanced Hires continues to help IT students at various colleges and universities prepare for a professional career. We continue to get involved with many programs having to do with preparing young talent for a career. This strategy will put the relationships we have developing with students far above most other staffing firms in the area in 1 – 3 years. We continue to remain engaged in many causes. We continue to help any current or former Military with resumes and interview prep.
