Tina Rock

Tina Rock is a co-founder and Director of Recruiting and New Client Acquisition at Advanced Hires. Tina is in charge of all recruiting, new client acquisition, and retention. Over the past 18 years in the recruitment/placement space throughout the Midwest, especially Wisconsin, Tina has consistently and successfully recruited, sold, placed, managed, and overseen thousands of placements across various industries, especially within IT. James Hellmich

James Hellmich is a Recruiter at Advanced Hires and recruits primarily for IT roles. James is a driven and goal-oriented talent acquisition professional with three years of experience within full-cycle IT recruiting for a variety of local and national clients. James is well versed in recruiting, especially IT, and a variety of verticals including, but not limited to: the full SDLC, Project/Program Management, Business Intelligence, Infrastructure & Networking, Security, and more. James values relationships between clients and the company and has a humble, genuine approach to recruiting while still being extremely successful in placing candidates. James has a strong investigative side and takes the initiative in tracking down qualified people using his admirable work ethic and unique set of tools provided to him from years of recruiting and Advanced Hires. James is heavily involved within the IT community and regularly attends IT events and functions.

Nicole Johnson

Nicole Johnson is a Recruiter at Advanced Hires and recruits for both non-IT roles and IT roles. Nicole is a Veteran with the U.S. Navy where she served as an EMT, Anesthesiology Technician, and several other roles. Nicole is also a member of the American Legion. Nicole has worked in various capacities in the Health Care industry post-military assignment and takes great pride in making a difference in others. Nicole has several years of experience in the service industry, including managing a business for seven years. Nicole takes great pride in her work and enjoys serving as an employer/employee match-maker.

Marie Sansone

Marie Sansone started with Advanced Hires as an Administrative Intern from Milwaukee Area Technical College and now is our new Executive Assistant. Marie is graduating from MATC with her Associates Degree in the Administrative Professional program. With a newly created position of Executive Assistant to Tina Rock, Marie has shown the value and assets needed for our rapidly growing company. Marie’s background with customer service, organization, and administrative skills has been put to good use! Marie is very excited to join the Advanced Hires team and has enjoyed learning some of the different aspects of recruiting so far at the company.

Oliver Degnan is an Advisor and strategic partner with Advanced Hires. Oliver has served as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for over 10 years, including organizations such as IBM Watson and Common Ground Healthcare among others. In his position as CEO at MoreTalent, a partner of Advanced Hires, Oliver works with a team of highly successful executive innovators in providing real-world executive leadership workshops and 1:1 leadership coaching taught by highly accomplished executive leaders with a proven track record of corporate profitability and product innovation. Oliver adds tremendous value to Advanced Hires in the Information Technology (IT) space when it comes to qualifying and professional guidance to top quality IT candidates, including CIO’s CTO’s VP’s of IT, and many other IT and non IT positions.

Dr. Bill Mitchell

Dr. Bill Mitchell is an Advisor and strategic partner with Advanced Hires. Dr. Mitchell is the former CEO of Aguila, a Foxconn company, and former Vice President Business Operations Americas at Foxconn. Dr. Mitchell is a well-known career coach, coaching many C-level individuals at Fortune 100 companies. He is also an Organizational Psychologist. Dr. Mitchell is the COO of More Talent. Specifically, at Advanced Hires, Dr. Mitchell helps mentor and coach new candidates during those initial several months after being placed into a new position at an Advanced Hires client. Dr. Mitchell is an experienced CEO and Leadership Coach with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. Dr. Mitchell is skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Coaching, Communication, Thought Leadership and Corporate Growth.

Lam Nguyen

Lam Nguyen is currently a dedicated Recruiter with Advanced Hires. Tina originally hired Lam during her tenure with a Global recruiting firm, where Lam worked for over five years . Tina describes Lam as one of her best recruiters as she has Accounting and Finance experience while in a Software Development firm in addition to being an owner of her own businesses. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Iowa.

Ethan Scholz

Ethan Scholz is an Intern at Advanced Hires. Ethan is skilled in many Adobe programs and is responsible for the design some of our videos, pictures, business cards, gift cards, and is currently working on a project that will involve after-effects. He also helps assist short-films that Advanced Hires sponsors with fighting scenes, camera angles, scripts, editing, and other responsibilities. He enjoys anything creative and is 100% self-taught, including many Adobe programs. Ethan is a very hard worker, reliable, and extremely creative. Now at the age of 15, Ethan can envision, draw, sketch, and execute graphics from inception to final draft, seeing through highly professional and complex graphics, images, and videos.
