Tina Rock is a Senior Recruiter and co-founder at Advanced Hires. Over the past 15 years in the recruitment/placement space throughout the Midwest, especially Wisconsin, Tina has consistently and successfully recruited, sold, placed, managed, and oversaw thousands of placements across various industries, especially within IT. Tina has succeeded in roles ranging from recruiting to managing teams of recruiters to Branch Management levels at a multi-billion dollar placement firm.

Tina is passionate at connecting talent with opportunity. Tina is an exceptional listener and takes the time to understand and assess exactly how she can help a business maximize employee talent. This assessment includes direct placements, contract-to-hire, project-placement services, and assisting companies downsize or outsource roles.

Tina is extensively connected within the placement industry with thousands of contacts to business executives and candidates, partnerships, and other resources. Tina is on the board at the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT). Tina is a recognized leader in the community and speaks at various events alongside many other recognized speakers.

Tina describes her personal life as very fulfilling. She volunteers and is part of many causes. See our causes section for more information. Tina is also a former Cub Scout Den Leader. She enjoys spending time with her family and her husband, Kevin, who she describes as her “rock.” Tina enjoys summer weekends at her family’s home in Northern Wisconsin and traveling to Mexico. She also enjoys playing volleyball (although struggles with serving) and entertaining at home with Kevin and their three boys.
